Data collected and purposes

Apart from the server’s technical log (see below), the website only collects personal data through its contact form and the newsletter sign-up at the bottom of every page. The contact form asks for:

  • your last name and first name;
  • your email address and phone number;
  • your postcode and city;
  • your plans: buy to live in, buy to let, or office space;
  • and, if you wish, a date and time to be called back, and a comment.

This information is used to reply to your enquiry about the Rise & Heights development and, if you asked for it, to call you back.

If you tick the box “I would like to receive information from Tralux Immobilier”, your email address is also used to send you information. This box is never ticked in advance, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

If you sign up for the newsletter, only your email address is requested: it is used solely to send you the Tralux Immobilier newsletter. Signing up requires ticking a box, which is never ticked in advance, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

When a form is sent, the following are also recorded with your enquiry: your IP address, the type of browser and device used, and the address of the page you are writing from. [to be completed by Tralux: purpose of this record, or decision to disable it]

Like any website, the server hosting it keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser), used for the security and proper operation of the website, and kept for [to be completed by Tralux: retention period of the server logs].

Legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry and calling you back: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you information or the newsletter: your consent, given by ticking the box provided (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data (IP address, server log): Tralux Immobilier’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Your enquiries are passed on to the Tralux Immobilier sales teams in charge of the development: Heights for homes, Rise for offices. No personal data is passed on to third parties.

[to be completed by Tralux: is the data also passed on to the parent company Demathieu Bard, as the original text stated?]
